Whole Beef Tenderloin

  • ·        Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees
  • ·        Season meat in baking dish
  • ·        Place in oven uncovered for 20 minutes
  • ·        Do not open oven door
  • ·        Turn off oven and leave in for 30 minutes.
  • ·        Remove from oven and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • ·        Finish temperature (internal) should be 125°F
