Twice Baked Potatoes

Roast desire number of Idaho potatoes in 350° oven until tender. (approx 45 min.)

Let cool until they can be handled.

Slice top from each potato,scoop out potato and put in a bowl with sour cream, Salt Pepper and Cheddar Cheese.

Mix well and fill each potato with mixture and top with shredded cheese and bake until Cheese melts.
